The short version: Your game progress and preferences are saved in your browser. We use Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity to understand how visitors use the website.
Account Information
You do not need an account to play. We do not ask for your name, email address, phone number, or postal address to use the game.
Local Data Storage
Super Sudoku stores the following information locally on your device using your browser's local storage:
- Your game progress and saved sudoku puzzles
- Application preferences (theme, settings)
- Game completion times and statistics
- Language selection
These saved records let you resume games and retain your settings. Analytics services may capture page content and interactions as described below.
Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google, to measure website usage, such as page views and visits. Google Analytics uses cookies and sends usage information to Google for processing. This is separate from the game progress and preferences saved in your browser.

Microsoft Clarity helps us improve the website by showing how visitors interact with its pages. No Advertisements
Super Sudoku is completely free and does not display advertisements.
Data Security
Your saved game data is stored in your browser's local storage. Analytics information is transmitted to Google and Microsoft over HTTPS.

You can manage locally stored data in your browser:
- You can clear your game data by clearing your browser's local storage
- You can manage or delete cookies using your browser settings
- Clearing local data does not delete analytics information already sent to Google or Microsoft

Super Sudoku is open source, which means you can review the code yourself to verify these privacy practices. The source code is available on GitHub.
